no airconditioning on the room, lots of bugs so opening windows is not really an option. room was small and a little bit old.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the mountains of Romania. The rooms were spacious and had a wonderful balcony where I could enjoy the fresh mountain air. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The basic amenities were provided, and I appreciated the big bathroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast served was delicious, especially the refreshing lemon-cucumber water. The best part was the value for money, with the room price being very reasonable. Details from given reviews: The rooms were clean and comfortable like in the previous review. The hotel is located close to the forest across the street, allowing for peaceful walks and hikes. The staff at the reception were accommodating, even when I arrived late at night.

I liked the room, the receptionists, the design and the restaurant.Also the location and the garden.

I didn't like the lack of an elevator, the fact that the jacuzzi was not cleaned properly and wasn't functioning as it should, and the fact that the personnel had no idea how to use it. Also, the maid was pretty grumpy, acting like she was doing us a favor. and too few waiters for so many tables. They are really nice but they don't have time to serve so many people.

I enjoyed it, however, the restaurant services was terrible.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the property. The rooms, although on the smaller side, were clean and comfortable, with a nice bed and a wonderful balcony to enjoy the views of the nearby forest. The staff provided excellent service, and I appreciated the basic amenities provided, even if there was no refrigerator or minibar. The breakfast was a standout, with a wide selection of choices and refreshing lemon-cucumber water to start the day.

The food is great, it's traditional Romanian food, but very well made. We had an apartment, which was huge, and the bathtub had Jacuzzi, really nice. We initially booked a double bed room, but it was very small and not very nice. We then decided to change for the apartment, which had two rooms, one with king size bed and the other with double beds, two big balconies. This was a good decision.

Cable tv very bad, very few channels. WiFi not available in the room, although it's mentioned as free. When we asked at the reception they mentioned it should be available, but it was not.

The hotel location is nice, close to the forest and provides a lovely view from the balcony. The rooms have a minibar and the beds are comfortable. The restaurant serves delicious Romanian food in a pleasant atmosphere with beautiful wooden furniture.

The service can be slow and inconsistent at times, hampering the overall experience.

We loved the clean and spacious rooms with strong free wifi. The parking was safe and complimentary, and the staff was always available and highly accommodating. Additionally, the food at both restaurants was delicious and consistent, with the Burger Bar being a favorite for those on-the-go.

The rooms were subpar and in need of maintenance. The heating was not turned on despite our request, and the bedding provided was not suitable for the amount of people staying in the room.
